Andouille Po-Boys

Ingredients
  • 6-8 links of fresh Andouille sausage (1 link per person at least)
  • Po-Boy Buns or Hoagie Rolls
  • Condiments of Cheese, Mustard, Tomatoes, Relish or Pickles, Shredded Lettuce, Mayo, Spicy Creole Mustard
Instructions
  1. Grill the Andouille Sausage
  2. Open the buns and butter each side
  3. Heat the buns on the grill to toast and melt the butter
  4. Layer on the condiments of your choice
  5. Split a link of Andouille sausage down the middle
  6. Open up and place on the buns
  7. Close the bun and take a big bite of deliciousness!
